Inventory Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia



The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained for all products in our retail store in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing inventory and a strong understanding of supply chain management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory policies and procedures to ensure efficient stock management
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential risks or shortages
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and upcoming promotions
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of all products
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper product placement and availability on shelves
- Monitor product expiry dates and coordinate with vendors for returns or replacements when necessary
- Train and supervise a team of inventory associates to ensure accurate data entry and proper stock rotation
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, sales trends, and other relevant metrics for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in inventory management, preferably in a retail setting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in using inventory management software
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy
- Leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team

Salary:
1700 USD per month
