Administrative Manager
We are in need of an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks and support the smooth operation of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all administrative duties, including managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures to improve productivity and communication
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses, invoices, and employee records
- Act as a liaison between different departments and communicate important information to the team
- Manage the recruitment process for new employees, including conducting interviews and onboarding procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with budget planning and expense management
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary: 1600$ per month
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. We welcome applications from Indian candidates who have previous administrative experience.
