Administrative Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks and supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in administrative roles, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records
- Provide support to different departments within the company, such as HR, finance, and operations
- Monitor and maintain office budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to improve workflow
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Salary:
1100$ per month
Preference:
Pakistani or Malayalee candidates are preferred.
