Executive Chef - International Cuisine (Pakistani or Egyptian)

We are a prestigious hotel in El-Ain seeking an Executive Chef with expertise in international cuisine, specifically Pakistani or Egyptian. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pakistani or Egyptian cuisine and experience working as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus based on current food trends and seasonal availability
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistency and high-quality standards
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and portion control
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean kitchen environment and adhere to all food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Manage budgeting and cost control for the culinary department

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, specializing in Pakistani or Egyptian cuisine
- Excellent knowledge of international culinary techniques and ingredients
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
