We are seeking a skilled Cafe Barista to join our team at a bustling cafe in El-Ain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Your role will also involve taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer orders
- Ensure quality control by following proper recipes and measurements
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food safety standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Biometric passport is required

The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
