Chef de Cuisine


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team at our restaurant in El-Ain. As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, creating and executing menu items, and ensuring high-quality and consistent dishes are served to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian cuisine, with the ability to create unique flavors and dishes that will delight our customers. The salary for this position is 1200$, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Develop new menu items that showcase Indian flavors and ingredients
- Create recipes and ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and menu planning

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in an Indian restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Diploma or degree in culinary arts or related field is preferred
- Must have legal authorization to work in El-Ain
