Construction Project Manager


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. We are urgently looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and has experience working with Indian contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure on-time completion
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders including clients, contractors, and management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience working with Indian contractors preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, etc.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: El-Ain (accommodation provided)
