Land Surveyor - Contract Position in El-Ain, Pakistan



We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Ain, Pakistan. As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to land boundaries and features. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate and precise measurements for development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data to create maps, reports, and drawings
- Determine property boundaries and topographical features using surveying techniques
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to identify potential construction challenges
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Adhere to safety procedures while working in the field
- Keep accurate records of survey data and prepare reports for clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Valid certification or license as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, levels, etc.
- Familiarity with CAD software for mapping and drafting purposes
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of 1300$ per month.

Experience:
No prior experience is required for this position. We welcome fresh graduates or those looking to gain experience in the field.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not required for this position. However, proficiency in Urdu or Punjabi would be beneficial.
