Experienced Barista for Contract Position in Doha with Accommodation

We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a contract basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks to our customers. You will also be in charge of maintaining cleanliness and organization within the coffee shop. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Barista, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a great opportunity for an English-speaking Egyptian national looking to gain international experience. The salary for this position is $1200 USD per month, with accommodation provided.

As a Barista, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages according to customer orders
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the coffee shop
- Providing excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
- Taking orders and handling transactions accurately
- Keeping track of inventory levels and placing orders when necessary
- Following health and safety guidelines when handling food and drinks
- Training new team members on coffee making techniques and shop procedures

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
- Attention to detail when preparing drinks to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
