Junior Construction Manager (Indian)
We are seeking a Junior Construction Manager to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will be Indian with proficiency in English and a passion for construction. This role is perfect for someone without prior experience in construction management, but with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior construction managers with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members
- Monitor progress of construction projects and report any issues to superiors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Handle administrative tasks such as drafting reports, maintaining records, and coordinating meetings

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- No prior experience required, but willingness to learn is a must
- Degree in relevant field (e.g. Civil Engineering, Construction Management)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
