Junior Construction Manager

As a Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various construction projects in Doha. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in construction and has a strong interest in project management. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Oversee quality control measures
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Review and approve project budgets
- Assist with procurement of materials and equipment
- Participate in site inspections and meetings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn
