Radio Technician



As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio communication systems. You will work with a variety of equipment including radios, antennas, transmitters, and receivers. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. You will also be responsible for providing support to end-users and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure radio communication systems
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on radios and related equipment
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Test new equipment and ensure it meets quality standards
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding system usage and functionality
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies in the field of radio communications

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of radio communication systems, including antennas, transmitters, and receivers
- Proficient in troubleshooting techniques and familiar with electronic test equipment
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be physically fit to perform tasks such as climbing towers or carrying heavy equipment
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
