As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the pastry department in our high-end restaurant in Doha. Your main duties will include creating new and innovative dessert menus, managing inventory and ordering supplies, training and supervising pastry staff, and ensuring high quality and presentation standards are met. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining establishment, with excellent knowledge of different pastry techniques and ingredients. Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure are essential. This position is open to Indian or Malayalee nationals with fluent English skills.
