Sales Manager - Indian Nationals Only
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Doha. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining client relationships, and managing the overall sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong business acumen
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Salary: 1300$ per month (tax-free)
