We are hiring a skilled Baker to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also be expected to assist with inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a Baker and be able to work well as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough for various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Bake items according to recipes and customer orders
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate cakes and other desserts according to customer requests
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Ensure all food safety standards are met

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes for different types of breads, pastries, and desserts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Physical stamina to lift heavy trays or stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred:
- Culinary degree or certification
- Experience using commercial baking equipment

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Doha, Qatar

Nationality Preference: Indian or Pakistani (accommodation provided)
