Administrative Assistant

We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Doha. As an Indian national with excellent English communication skills, you will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and must have a valid own visa for employment. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing reports, and coordinating with other departments. You should possess strong computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is essential. Prior experience with data entry or record-keeping is preferred. If you are a proactive individual who enjoys working independently and as part of a team, we would love to hear from you! This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package of 1000$.
