Front Desk Receptionist - Al-Rayyan, Egypt
We are currently hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to all visitors and guests. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have previous experience in a similar role. As an Egyptian national, you will also have a good understanding of local customs and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Provide information to visitors about the company, its services, and products
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a Receptionist or Office Assistant are a plus
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and office equipment (e.g. printers)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$.
