Sales Associate - Retail (Indian/Malayalee)


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team in Medina. As part of our diverse team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position is open to Indian or Malayalee candidates who possess strong communication skills in English and are eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations to customers
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers or other electronic devices
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and ensure all products are properly displayed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
