A well-established animation studio in Al-Khor is seeking a talented and creative Animation Designer to join our team. As an Animation Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our projects to life through your exceptional design skills and attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is passionate about animation and has a strong understanding of storytelling, character development, and animation techniques. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for animated projects
- Create quality character designs that align with the project's vision
- Develop animations using 2D or 3D software, such as Adobe After Effects or Maya
- Ensure all animations are delivered within deadlines and meet the required quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure consistency in design and style
- Continuously research new techniques and tools to enhance animation quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Design, or related field
- Proven experience as an Animation Designer, preferably in the entertainment industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and animations
- Proficient in 2D/3D animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Maya, or similar programs
- Excellent understanding of storytelling, character development, and animation principles
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
