Call Center Representative



We are hiring a Call Center Representative for our growing team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling inbound and outbound calls. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Indian nationality preferred
- No previous experience required
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries and concerns
- Making outbound calls to provide information or follow-up on previous inquiries
- Assisting customers with product or service related issues
- Documenting all call information accurately in the system
- Providing excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism at all times
