Agricultural Farm Manager


We are hiring an experienced Agricultural Farm Manager to oversee our farm operations in Abu Dhabi. Our ideal candidate is a skilled and knowledgeable farmer with a passion for sustainable agriculture. The candidate must have experience managing large-scale farms and be able to handle all aspects of farm management including crop planning, soil management, irrigation systems, pest control, and staff supervision. The successful candidate will also have strong business acumen and be responsible for budgeting, marketing, and sales of our farm products. Accommodation and own visa will be provided as well as a competitive salary of $900 per month. This is a great opportunity for an Indian farmer looking to expand their skills in a new location.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in farm management
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- Knowledge of sustainable farming practices
- Experience with crop planning and rotation
- Strong understanding of soil management and irrigation systems
- Ability to manage pest control measures effectively
- Experience managing a team of farm workers
- Strong business acumen and ability to handle budgeting, marketing, and sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work long hours when necessary

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement crop plans for the farm
- Manage soil health and implement sustainable farming practices
- Supervise irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution
- Monitor pest control measures and make adjustments as needed
- Hire, train, and supervise farm workers
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities on the farm
- Develop budgets for the farm operations and ensure expenses are within budget constraints
- Market and sell farm products locally
- Maintain records of crop yields, expenses, inventory, etc.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in agricultural technology
