Farmer for Organic Farm in Abu Dhabi

Our organic farm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Farmer to join our team. We are looking for an individual with experience in organic farming techniques and a passion for sustainable agriculture. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport and be able to work without accommodation. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and maintain crop production on the farm
- Implement sustainable farming practices
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems
- Perform regular soil testing and analysis
- Manage pest control using natural methods
- Harvest crops according to schedule
- Maintain equipment and machinery
- Assist with the sale of produce at local markets

Requirements:
- Experience in organic farming techniques
- Knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices
- Biometric passport
- Ability to work without accommodation
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English is preferred
