Instrument Technician - Al-Rayyan, Qatar



We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various instruments used in industrial processes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and calibrate various instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, level sensors, and temperature controllers
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty instruments
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on instruments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of systems
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Comply with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Diploma or certification in instrumentation technology or a related field
- Knowledge of industrial processes and instrumentation equipment
- Familiarity with technical diagrams and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred qualifications (not mandatory):
- Experience working in the oil and gas industry
- Knowledge of PLC programming
- Ability to work in confined spaces
- Physically fit to climb ladders and lift heavy equipment
