Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will be leading a team of skilled workers and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion of construction projects
- Oversee the selection and hiring of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Monitor progress and productivity on job sites to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to identify any potential issues or delays and take necessary corrective actions
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all workers on site
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the course of a project

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the Indian community in Al-Rayyan preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team
- Proficient in budget management and cost control
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1200$ per month

This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship provided. English proficiency is not required for this role. Accommodation will not be provided.
