Welder - Entry Level (Visa Sponsorship Available)


Our company, located in Al-Rayyan, is seeking an entry-level Welder to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in starting a career in welding and has little to no experience. We are open to hiring Indian nationals who are fluent in English and provide visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to weld and assemble metal components according to blueprints or specific instructions. You will also be required to inspect and maintain welding equipment, as well as follow all safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate welding equipment and tools such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Read and interpret blueprints or project specifications
- Measure and cut metal pieces accurately
- Weld metal components together according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Ensure proper maintenance of welding equipment
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Previous experience in welding is not required but preferred
- Knowledge of different types of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, stick)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced welders
