As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of masons in the construction of buildings, walls, and other structures. You will ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as a thorough understanding of masonry techniques and materials. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with your team and other construction professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of masons.
- Develop work schedules and assign tasks to team members.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor the progress of projects and address any issues or delays.
- Train new team members on proper masonry techniques and safety procedures.
- Order materials and supplies needed for projects.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, architects, and other professionals involved in the construction process.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a mason.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of various masonry techniques and materials.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction drawings.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with masonry work.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The salary for this position is $1700 per month. Please note that this job is open to candidates from Pakistan or African countries only. No English language proficiency is required. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have their own accommodations in Al-Rayyan. Only candidates who already have their own valid visa for Qatar will be considered.
