Loader Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Loader Supervisor to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and other vehicles. You will also be responsible for managing a team of loaders, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of loaders on a daily basis.
- Assign tasks to loaders and ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Train new loaders on company policies and procedures.
- Monitor loading operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect goods before loading to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed by loaders at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and loading activities.
- Communicate with truck drivers to ensure smooth loading operations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during loading operations.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Proven experience working as a loader or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to loading operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and truck drivers.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects.

Salary:
This is a full-time job offering a salary of 900$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The successful candidate must be willing to work on-site at our warehouse facility.
