Machine Operator

A reputable manufacturing company in Lusail is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of machines and equipment in a fast-paced production environment. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, able to work efficiently under pressure, and has a strong understanding of safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure proper functioning and high efficiency
- Set up machines for production runs according to specifications
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Troubleshoot and make adjustments to machines as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of various types of machinery and equipment used in production processes
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis without accommodation
