Instrument Technician - Lusail, Qatar



We are currently seeking a skilled and highly motivated Instrument Technician to join our team at a leading engineering company in Lusail, Qatar. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial processes. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for instrumentation and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate and maintain various types of instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, level indicators etc.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning instruments using proper tools and techniques
- Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance on instruments to ensure their proper functioning
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify solutions for complex instrument issues
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities performed on instruments
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working on instruments
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in instrumentation technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an instrument technician in an industrial setting
- Excellent understanding of various types of instruments used in industrial processes
- Knowledge of electrical circuits and ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Biometric passport or valid visa for working in Qatar (preferably Indian national)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

This job is located in Lusail, Qatar.
