Waiter/Waitress - Lusail, Qatar

We are hiring a skilled and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your main goal will be to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and take their orders accurately
- Provide suggestions on food and beverage choices based on guest preferences
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly before seating guests
- Handle any guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and resolve any issues promptly
- Upsell additional items such as desserts or drinks to increase sales
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure all orders are prepared correctly
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor

Salary: $1600 per month with additional service charge and tips.

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided by the company.
