Loader Operator


We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Loader Operator to join our team in Lusail. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load materials onto trucks, excavate, and move materials around the job site. Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Physical ability to operate equipment in various weather conditions and work environments
- Must have valid work permit or be eligible for visa sponsorship in Qatar

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader to load and unload materials onto trucks or move them around job site
- Complete daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Communicate effectively with other crew members and supervisors to ensure efficient work flow
- Follow safety protocols at all times while operating equipment on job site
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
