Office Clerk
Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia
Salary: $1300/month
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Clerk to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. This is a contract job with a salary of $1300/month and accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Maintain accurate records of office supplies and order new supplies as needed
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration is preferred
- 1+ years of experience working in an office environment as a clerk or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
