Logistic Coordinator - Contract Position (Abu Dhabi)


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Logistic Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this contract position, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all logistics activities for our company. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including transportation, inventory management, and warehousing
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Plan and schedule shipments based on customer demands and inventory levels
- Track and report on shipment status, delays, and any other issues that may arise
- Manage import/export documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and procurement activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement within the supply chain process
- Provide support in negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a logistics coordinator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications; experience using logistics software is a plus
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

This position is based in Abu Dhabi.
