Job Title: Online Tutor (Malayalee)

As an Online Tutor (Malayalee), you will be responsible for providing virtual academic support to students in various subjects. Your main role will be to assist and guide students in understanding and completing their coursework. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online tutoring sessions with students in the Malayalee community
- Create lesson plans and provide customized instruction based on students' needs
- Use various teaching techniques to engage students and enhance their learning experience
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Collaborate with parents or guardians to discuss student performance and address any concerns
- Stay updated on changes in curriculum or educational standards relevant to your subject areas

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred
- Fluent in Malayalam language, both written and verbal
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of subject area(s) being taught
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
- Proficient in using technology for online teaching, including video conferencing tools, virtual whiteboards, etc.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Al-Kuwait (this is a preference, not a strict requirement)
