Secretary for a Multinational Company in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring a skilled Secretary to join our team in Yanbu. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, organizing and maintaining files and records, and managing office supplies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office. Prior experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, without accommodation. Pakistani nationality preferred. No English language skills required.
