As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This includes assessing damage, ordering necessary parts, and using various tools and techniques to repair dents, scratches, and other types of damage. You will work closely with clients and insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage and create repair plans
- Order necessary parts and materials for repairs
- Use various tools and techniques to repair body damage such as dents, scratches, and rust
- Perform frame straightening and welding as needed
- Ensure all repairs are completed according to industry standards and safety regulations
- Communicate with clients regarding repair updates and timelines
- Work closely with insurance companies to provide accurate estimates for repairs
- Keep detailed records of all repairs made on each vehicle

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques
- Ability to use various tools and equipment effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and insurance companies
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to continuously learn new techniques and stay updated on industry standards

Salary:
Starting salary of $1600 per month with potential for increase based on performance.

Contract Job:
This is a contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Experience:
No previous experience required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a passion for body repair work.
