Warehouse Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


A well-established logistics company in Riyadh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily operations of the warehouse
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage or loss
- Oversee loading and unloading of products onto trucks for delivery
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve warehouse efficiency
- Train new employees on safety procedures and company policies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of warehouse staff
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of warehouse management software such as WMS or SAP
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Contract Type:
This is a contract position with the possibility for permanent employment upon completion.

Experience:
No prior experience is required for this position; however, candidates with previous experience in logistics or warehouse management will be given preference.
