Senior Accountant
City: Al-Khor, Qatar

We are hiring a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and standards. Your main duties will include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, strong analytical skills, and excellent knowledge of accounting software. This is a contract position requiring a biometric passport and is open to Indian and Egyptian nationals.

Salary: $1400 per month

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities
- Handle tax filings and compliance with local regulations
- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper utilization of funds
- Perform account reconciliations on a regular basis
- Oversee payroll processing for employees
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Proficiency in using accounting software
- Excellent analytical skills
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
