Job Title: Executive Chef (African Cuisine) in Al-Khor, Qatar


We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. Our company is dedicated to bringing African cuisine to the forefront of the culinary world, and we need a skilled chef who shares our passion for authentic and delicious dishes.

As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations. This includes creating menus, managing food costs, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards for taste and presentation.

Your creativity and expertise will be key in developing new and innovative dishes that showcase the diverse flavors of African cuisine. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, following food safety regulations and guidelines.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef, with a focus on African cuisine. A degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field is preferred. You must have strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are essential for effectively managing your team and collaborating with other departments.
