Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant located in Al-Khor, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a restaurant, specifically with experience in Indian cuisine. As a manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the restaurant, including managing staff, overseeing food preparation and service, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and food preparation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including traditional dishes and cooking techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Ability to handle high-stress situations while maintaining professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer systems for inventory management, scheduling, etc.
