Barista - Coffee Shop (Al-Khor, Qatar)


We are in need of a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at a bustling coffee shop in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages while providing excellent customer service to our valued patrons.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and prepare drinks according to their specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee machines and equipment
- Assist with stocking and restocking supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all drinks are prepared to company standards and delivered promptly to customers
- Engage with customers in a positive manner, answering any questions they may have about our products or services
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different coffee drinks and brewing techniques is an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
