Merchandiser



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating attractive product displays, managing inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to make informed merchandising decisions. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$. We welcome Indian candidates who have previous experience in the merchandising field.

Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing product displays to attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are always available for customers
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions on product assortment and pricing
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placement
- Train and supervise store staff on proper merchandising techniques and standards
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure displays are maintained and products are properly stocked
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ activities

Requirements:

- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing market trends
