Sales Manager (English speaking) - Ar-Ruwais, UAE


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, providing them with training and guidance to ensure their success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing them with coaching and training
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide feedback for improvement
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote the company's products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledgeable in market research, data analysis, and forecasting
- Willingness to travel as needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus commission. This is a full-time position without accommodation.
