Land Surveyor - Ar-Ruwais, Egypt


We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Egypt. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and collect data on the land's topography, natural features, and existing structures. Your main goal will be to provide accurate information that is used in the planning and construction of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting land surveys using various surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels.
- Collecting and analyzing data on the land's features including boundaries, elevation, and natural resources.
- Preparing detailed reports on survey findings and presenting them to clients or project managers.
- Creating maps and charts using computer software programs.
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to gather information necessary for projects.
- Ensuring all surveying activities comply with legal requirements and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data and managing survey equipment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in land surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a land surveyor.
- Experience working with GPS, total stations, levels and other surveying equipment.
- Proficiency in using CAD software for mapping and drawing purposes.
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques, principles, and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
