We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Saudi Arabia. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a bakery setting and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
- Ensure quality and consistency of all baked goods
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Adhere to food safety standards
- Monitor ovens and adjust temperature as needed
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Collaborate with other team members to create new menu items
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with special orders or requests

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a bakery or restaurant setting
- Proficient in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Creativity in developing new recipes and menu items
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
