Job Title: Floral Designer


We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements according to client preferences and event themes
- Order and maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies
- Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers
- Ensure all arrangements are visually appealing and reflect the latest trends in floral design
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Set up and decorate event venues with floral arrangements
- Work collaboratively with other team members to plan and execute large-scale events
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Creative flair and ability to design unique floral arrangements
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, greenery, and their care instructions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed

Contract job: This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Experience required: Previous experience as a Floral Designer is required.

Salary: 1200$ per month.

Location: This position is located in Al-Kuwait but we welcome applicants of all nationalities.

Language requirement: Fluency in English is not required for this position. However, basic knowledge of English would be beneficial.
