Indian Restaurant Manager in Al-Kuwait


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and high-quality food to our customers. Your main goal will be to maintain a profitable and efficient business while providing a positive working environment for our staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting.
- Train and develop staff to meet company standards and provide excellent customer service.
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain high levels of food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Develop relationships with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies when needed.
- Create schedules for staff based on business needs while ensuring fair distribution of shifts.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions and attract new customers.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and managing budgets effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Al-Kuwait (candidate must have valid biometric passport)
