Instrument Technician for Oil and Gas Industry
Our company in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in the oil and gas industry. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments used in the production and processing of oil and gas. This includes but is not limited to pressure gauges, flow meters, temperature sensors, and control valves.
Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair various instruments used in the oil and gas production process.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all instruments are functioning properly.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve any issues with instrument performance.
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working on site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Instrumentation or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry.
- Knowledge and experience with various instrumentation systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Valid work visa for Al-Kuwait (visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates).
- Indian nationality preferred.
Salary: $1000 per month
