Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. This role is open to all nationalities, with a preference for Indian candidates who are proficient in English.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders
- Manage project resources including materials, equipment, and labor
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications
- Identify potential issues or delays and take proactive measures to resolve them
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
