Construction Project Manager - Indian Nationals

Our construction company in Al-Kuwait is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of construction projects on time and within budget. This is a full-time position that does not require English proficiency and no prior experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and manage project resources
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on schedule and within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Provide regular project updates to upper management

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with free visa sponsorship and airfare. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
